“Panchakshari Shivacharya Trust” is a charitable trust registered under Bombay act 1950. It undertakes educational and social activities. The trust is actively engaged since 1980 in promoting quality education in technical education. This trust has started channabashweshwar pharmacy polytechnic in Latur in 1980. It is the one of the reputed pharmacy institutes in Maharashtra. After realizing the prospects and potential of the course in the emerging scenario of global pharmaceutical industry and education, the trust has been started the degree course B. Pharm in 2010 and post graduate course M. Pharm from 2012.The trust also conducts course such as post-graduation diploma in medical laboratory technology (PGDMLT) and runs the scheme of community development through polytechnic of MHRD, new Delhi with spirit since 2002. Institute is having its own well-structured building, well equipped laboratories, library with number of reference books, international journals with e-library, good computing facility and research laboratory. Every year, institute organises campus interviews, activities of ISTE student chapter, industry institute interaction activities. Institute also running many centrally funded schemes like CDTP, MODROBS, RPS, EDC etc. Institute is having experience of organizing various refresher courses.
