Mode of Implementation of CDTP Scheme:
1. By making the scheme popularize through print and non-print media.
2. By organization of the resources like human, physical and financial resources for carrying out the identified activities.
3. By establishment of village-level Skill Training centres named Extension Centres which should be opened to serve a cluster of 10 to 15 villages nearby and can act as extension arms of the identified Institutions.
4. By implementation of the identified activities, using available resources.
5. By establishment of linkages with Village Panchayats, DRDA, KVKs, KVIC, NGOs, voluntary organizations and other developmental agencies working at the local level.
6. By Identification of problems, which need the intervention of other outside agencies and NGOs. Such problems should be tackled in collaboration with other agencies e.g. organizing health camps for women, children etc. in collaboration with Health Department.
Extension Centres
✤ In order to impart skill training and accomplish ground-level physical delivery of new technologies at the doorsteps of the rural people, following well equipped extension centers are established after obtaining approval from the District Skill Committee.
✤ These centers will act as an extended arm and will provide skill training, repair and maintenance services and common facility for group enterprises, information sharing and hiring technical facilities of the institute under the scheme. NGOs, voluntary organizations, professional experts, village agencies, village panchayat samitis, Senior Secondary School, Vocational Schools etc. are involved in the establishment of Extension Centers
